Service terms
- Service: remote IT assistance for diagnostics, configuration and troubleshooting.
- Prepayment: booking is confirmed after prepayment (Revolut/PayPal) and submitting your payment reference.
- Security: we do not ask for passwords or OTP. Access is only with your consent and you may stop the session at any time.
- Refunds: refunds are provided only if the session does not take place at all (e.g., cancellation by us). No refunds after the session/work has started.
- Liability: best-effort support. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hardware/ISP failures, or third-party software. We’ll recommend safe steps (including backups when relevant).
Privacy summary
- We use your details (name/email/phone/issue description) only to arrange and deliver the support session.
- We do not store passwords and we do not request OTP codes. We do not collect card details on this site (payments are handled by Revolut/PayPal).
- You can request deletion of your details at any time by emailing info@jpmitsolutions.com.
